Possibly the best beaches in Europe?
We have been walking the Camí de Cavills - the Menorcan coastal path. Today we walked along the south western coast from Cala Galdana westwards.
The headlands are shaded by pine trees - the wild flowers in their perfusion. However the Calas en route are filled with white sand and bounded by honey coloured cliffs. The water gently shelves over the sand giving the most intense turquoise leading to the deepest blue.
